Community Meetings
The daily Community Meeting is the pivotal event in the weekday programme at Simmons House Adolescent Unit. It provides the only opportunity for the Staff Group to sit down with the young people and reflect on the past 24 hours and plan for the subsequent 24 hours in the life of the Unit. The Community Meeting also provides a window in the middle of the day to discuss how the group is getting on and focus on what is or is not working.
